I love extracts! Extracts add flavor without the calories, sugar and fat. Try adding to your coffee, plain Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal….and the list goes on!
I recently discovered LorAnn Oils Gourmet. They are great for baking and also AMAZING in your coffee.
